Q: Can I upload images, tables,
and graphs? A:
Absolutely. Science Fair Live was set up to simulate
everything in a real science fair. Take digital photographs,
scan your tables and graphs, and then upload your .jpeg
files. It is really easy to do and it looks
great.
Q: How
long will my project be online?
A:
For the entire school year. All projects will be cleared
August 1st. So when you register, you are registering for the
school year, not 12 months. That is why it is best to
register early. $6 is for several months is way better
than the alternative: $15-$70 for ONLY 1 day.
Q:
I am a teacher, can I register all my students with a P.O.
(Purchase Order)? A:
Absolutely. Send an e-mail (click the "contact" link
below) and request a mailing address. But see if you qualify
for a volume
discount first.Q:
How does Science Fair Live help the environment? A:
Have you ever seen the waste generated by a science fair?
Save landfill space- Use Science Fair Live for your science fair!
Q: Who created Science Fair Live and why? A:
Science Fair Live came from the brainchild of a frustrated Middle
School science teacher who wanted to have a science fair for his students, but
his administration said "no." They gave a variety of excuses,
such as: "We don't have the room." and "We don't have the money
to fund chaperones." Out of necessity, the teacher came up with the idea
of Science Fair Live- a standardized, easy to use, online Science Fair
website that is cutting edge (yet affordable). With the help of a former
student, the teacher worked many hours during the summer of 2003 to bring you
this website. We here at Science Fair Live hope you will join us
in the changing the way people look at science fairs!
